This summary uses configuration-backed commercial values and the same database-published plan prices shown above.
New public signups receive a 14-day trial on the exact plan and billing interval selected. No payment method is required at registration and registration does not start a paid charge.
Paid recurring billing begins only after billing is set up through secure Stripe Checkout. The exact amount and Monthly or Annual interval are shown before confirmation and again in Plan & Billing.
Eligible plan changes are scheduled for the next billing date without a mid-period prorated charge, credit, or automatic refund. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, with access continuing through that date.
Stripe processing fees are separate from the BusinessManager online-payment percentage shown by plan. Payment credentials stay in processor-hosted flows; BusinessManager does not store card numbers, CVV values, or bank credentials.
This is a plain-language summary. The published Subscription & Payment Terms control if they differ from this summary.

The BusinessManager fee below comes directly from each currently published plan. Stripe payment-processing fees are separate.
Applies when a customer successfully pays an eligible invoice online through BusinessManager. The fee is calculated from the gross customer payment and reduces the business's net proceeds; the full customer payment is still applied to the invoice.
Stripe sets and deducts its own payment-processing fees under the applicable processor account pricing. Those processor fees are not included in the BusinessManager percentages below.
Customer invoice settlement uses the full successful payment amount. Stripe processor fees and the BusinessManager platform fee affect merchant proceeds, not the customer's remaining invoice balance.
Straight answers about the trial, billing, plan changes, cancellation, online payments, fees, and payment-data security.
Choose a published plan and Monthly or Annual billing, then register your business. BusinessManager creates the workspace on that selected plan with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to create the workspace.
No. Registration is card-free. If you choose to continue with recurring paid billing, Plan & Billing sends you to secure Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects and stores the payment method; BusinessManager never receives card, CVV, or bank credentials.
After recurring billing is set up and the subscription is eligible for management, you can choose another currently published plan or switch between Monthly and Annual billing from Plan & Billing. The selected change is scheduled for your next billing date, and your current plan remains unchanged until then. No mid-period prorated charge, credit, or refund is applied.
For an eligible recurring subscription, cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period. Your current access remains available through that date and automatic renewal is turned off. If you change your mind before the subscription ends, Plan & Billing can restore automatic renewal.
Stripe Checkout shows the subscription amount before you confirm. When recurring billing is successfully set up, BusinessManager follows the billing schedule shown in Plan & Billing. When the processor can preserve the exact trial end date, the remaining trial continues before paid billing begins.
The BusinessManager platform fee shown above applies when a customer successfully pays an eligible invoice online. The customer's full successful payment is applied to the invoice. BusinessManager and Stripe fees affect the business's net proceeds, not the customer's remaining invoice balance.
No. Stripe sets and deducts its own payment-processing fees under the applicable processor account pricing. Those processor fees are separate from the BusinessManager platform-fee percentage configured for your plan.
BusinessManager preserves the business data while subscription access is restricted or read-only. Changes can be disabled until a valid subscription lifecycle state is restored. Subscription and billing status are managed from Plan & Billing.
Customer and subscription payment methods are collected through Stripe-hosted payment flows instead of BusinessManager forms. BusinessManager does not store card numbers, CVV values, or bank credentials, and application access remains authenticated, role-based, and scoped to the current business.
No card is required to create the workspace. Choose a plan above and BusinessManager will carry that plan and billing interval into signup.
