Version 1.0-staging Effective October 11, 2026
INTERNAL STAGING TEST DOCUMENT — NOT FOR PRODUCTION USE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS NOTICE This Electronic Communications Notice explains how BusinessManager Staging Sandbox - Internal Evaluation Only may provide electronic records, agreements, disclosures, notices, billing information, and other communications relating to BusinessManager. 1. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS When a user affirmatively agrees to receive communications electronically, the user consents to receiving agreements, disclosures, notices, billing information, security messages, service communications, and other records electronically to the extent permitted by applicable law. 2. SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC DELIVERY Electronic delivery may include Terms and policy updates, subscription and billing notices, receipts, security alerts, account messages, service announcements, support communications, and other records associated with the user's account or business relationship. 3. DELIVERY METHODS Communications may be delivered within BusinessManager, through account notifications, by email to an address associated with the account, through downloadable or viewable web pages, or through another electronic method made available by the service. 4. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS Users are responsible for maintaining internet access, a compatible browser or device, and the ability to view, download, retain, and print electronic records. Users should maintain software reasonably capable of viewing standard web content and documents made available through the service. 5. PAPER COPIES Where required by law, a user may request a paper copy of an electronically delivered record through the support process. Fees, if any, must be disclosed before a charge is imposed. 6. KEEPING CONTACT INFORMATION CURRENT Users should maintain accurate email and other account contact information so important legal, account, security, and billing communications can be delivered. A communication may be considered delivered as permitted by applicable law when sent to the current contact information on file or made available through the service. 7. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT Where applicable law provides a right to withdraw electronic-communications consent, a user may request withdrawal through the account or support process. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records or consent provided before the withdrawal becomes effective and may affect access to features that legally require electronic delivery. 8. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND RECORDS An electronic action such as checking an affirmative consent box and submitting the associated form may constitute an electronic signature or acceptance where permitted by law. BusinessManager may retain evidence of the exact notice version, acceptance time, user and business context, and request metadata necessary to establish the record of consent. 9. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE Published revisions identify their version and effective date. When a revision is configured to require renewed consent, affected users may be required to review and affirmatively accept the current version before continuing to use protected business functionality. 10. CONTACT Questions about electronic records or communications may be sent to legal-evaluation@businessmanager.com or 305-000-0000, through the support channel provided in BusinessManager, or by mail to 123 Legal Evaluation St, Suite 100, Miami, FL 33101.
